By accessing or using MindFlows' visual workflow and content organization service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

MindFlows provides a visual workflow platform that helps users collect, organize, and retrieve content from various sources including YouTube, documents, notes, and external links. The Service includes features such as AI-powered search (AI Spark Search), visual workflow creation, media uploads, templates, and cross-device synchronization.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the subscription plan you select. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service.

4.1 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Infringe upon the rights of others or violate their privacy
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. 7. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. You acknowledge that by using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MindFlows, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
